PREFACE

To the Internet Edition

Since the eminent psychologist, Professor Malik Badri wrote his Foreword to the 2^nd edition of this book, during Ramadhan 1423 (November 2002), more momentous events have taken place.  Notably we have witnessed the invasion of Iraq, in the heartland of the Muslim world and historical capital of the Abbasid Caliphate.

Evidence continues to be made public indicating that the reasons for this illegal invasion were largely mere fabrications and lies: no Weapons of Mass Destruction; no link with Al-Qaeda, … and now no democracy with elected representatives as promised, but an American imperial occupation of a formerly independent Muslim country. 

However the occupation has exhilarated the Israeli Zionists, since they have stabilised their borders and prepared for the next phase of the softening up of Iraq for eventual Israeli domination through its proxy, the US, who plan to build permanent military bases on Iraqi soil. At the same time, the International Financiers, the US military-industrial complex, and other capitalist establishment groups are happily being fed with gigantic development contracts.  

Meanwhile the US has a free guzzle of Iraq’s oil resources, soon to be placed in hock to pay off mountainous debts caused by a planned usurious approach (may Allah prevent it) to the rebuilding of Iraq’s infrastructure, intentionally destroyed by the invading forces. Their objective now is to get Iraq into a grinding national pattern of debt that will lock it into the hidden control of the International Financiers, as has happened to another successfully Israeli-dominated Muslim state, modern Turkey. 

Developments in the World today show more clearly than ever that events and declared stratagems of certain groups are bringing the world into overlap with the predictions contained in the ahaadith of our beloved Prophet Muhammed (p.b.u.h), regarding the end period of the World. The present and the predicted are merging together as one, in what is becoming an ever clearer pattern for discerning minds, that we are all, willingly or unwillingly, part of Allah’s Divine Plan for the Final Scene currently “showing” before our very eyes here on earth. 

As Sheikh Imran has stated, this book could not have been written until this era, since it is only over the past few years that the concealed plans of the Jews have come so clearly into view that few can doubt that there is a Jewish plan for world domination.

As Henry Ford, the father of the modern automobile, commented in 1921 about the amazing “Protocols of the Elders of Zion”, whose veracity has been challenged by the Jews, “that they fit in with what is going on…They have fitted the world situation up to this time. They fit now.”   Such comments would be even more fitting today. 

Oppression against world humanity, with the main focus on Muslims…in Palestine, Bosnia, Chechnya, Kashmir, Albania and now the Arab heartland, has been building and is now spreading to such an extent, that one can be confident that Muslims are the main target.  The positioning of the US military on Iraqi Muslim soil is intended to consolidate the US-Israeli position in their campaign against Muslims and Muslim States.

Unfortunately, the type of uncoordinated response from some oppressed Muslims involving, in too many cases, attacks against uninvolved civilians and children not responsible for the oppression, has blurred the view of world opinion, with many turning away from the fact that the Muslims are the main targets of the oppression. In fact, such response has been used, often successfully, to demonstrate that it is the Jews, themselves, who are the victims. 

It is of great benefit, therefore, that Sheikh Imran Hosein’s scholarship has made it possible for the message of this age to be witnessed.  Muslims and enlightened nonMuslims can only wonder, over-awed by the veracity of the Qur’an and the ahaadith in foretelling these events.  Thus it is with gratitude that we turn to Sheikh Imran for his penetrating analysis of these sources and their application to present-day happenings. 

Thinkers can no longer be accused of falsely believing conspiracy theories of a Zionist or Jewish plot for domination of the Middle East and the world. These plans are acknowledged by US and British journalists and the Conspirators themselves (e.g. the so-called ‘neo-Cons’) in published documents (e.g. their “Plan for the New American Century”). ‘Con’ is an apt term for these ‘plotters’ since they weave their web with lies and deceit.

Sheikh Imran points out in masterful fashion, that Israel is just using the US and may eventually bring about its downfall, most probably by a strike on the international standing of the US paper dollar, which will shatter confidence in the national currency reserves of countries, and in international share markets. The international banking system will then come more and more under control of the International Financiers and their cohorts. 

The breadth and depth of Sheikh Imran’s analysis is shown in the elucidation of the following key issues:

Ø How the Jews themselves are deceiving and being themselves willingly deceived into believing that their ‘return’ to the Holy Land is part of God’s favour on them, whereas His promise for the inhabitants of Palestine is for His true believing servants only

Ø The misguidance of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, and his followers

Ø The key roles of the Sephardic Jews on the one hand (descendents of Prophet Isaac, peace be upon him), and the Jews of European origin on the other 

Ø The identity and the relationship of Gog and Magog, noted biblically and Qur’anically, in connection with the world order and future events

Ø The scenario of events leading up to and following the birth of the False Messiah, the Dajjaal

Ø Tracing the movement of Dajjaal between the historical, current (and future) superpowers, over time and in different spatial ‘dimensions’

Ø Two key areas for Muslims to be aware of and avoid: (1) Usurious transactions (Riba), and (2) Support for secular government (Shirk), and 

Ø A Plan for enlightened Muslims to prepare and work for the future to anticipate the unfolding of the predicted events. 

Some of Sheikh Imran’s views are his personal views and explanations, based however, on a broad scholarship and Islamic intuitive thinking.  They are not all written in stone and are subject to verification by events. As Sheikh Imran has repeatedly stated in the book, he is prepared to follow a different viewpoint if it is found to be a better and more correct explanation of the source materials. 

This Edition of the book has been condensed from the 2nd Edition, reviewed and specially prepared for distribution on the Internet. We hope it may thereby reach a wider audience of thoughtful Muslims Insha’Allah.  We point out to readers that the Arabic text of the verses of the Qur'an have been removed from this Internet edition. Kindly note that the only Qur'an is the Arabic Qur'an. Consequently, the English translations of the Qur’anic verses in our text cannot be taken as being the Qur'an itself.

May Allah Ta’ala reward Sheikh Imran for his elucidation of this critical subject for all enlightened readers, Muslims as well as non-Muslims.

Koran verses 'appear' on skin of miracle Russian baby

A "miracle" baby has brought hope to people in Russia's mostly Muslim southern fringe who are increasingly desperate in the face of Islamist violence.

Thousands of pilgrims queued up this week in blazing sunshine to get a limpse of 9-month-old baby Ali Yakubov, on whose body verses from the Koran are said to appear and fade every few days.

Pinkish in colour and several centimetres high, the Koranic verse "Be grateful to Allah" was printed on the infant's right leg in clearly legible Arabic script this week, religious leaders said. Visiting foreign journalists later saw a single letter after the rest had vanished.

"The fact that this miracle happened here is a signal to us to take the lead and help our brothers and sisters find peace," said Sagid Murtazaliyev, head of the Kizlyar region about 100 miles north of Makhachkala, the sprawling Dagestani capital on the Caspian Sea.

"We must not forget there is a war going on here," he told Muslim leaders who had invited the press to witness what they claim is a sign from God.

Islam in Russia is widely believed to have originated in ethnically rich Dagestan, where 3 million people speak over 30 languages and whose ancient walled city of Derbent claims to be Russia's oldest city.

A spate of recent suicide bombs and armed attacks on police and security services in Dagestan, Ingushetia and neighbouring Chechnya, where Russia has fought two separatist wars, has shattered a few years of relative calm in the North Caucasus.

Up to 2,000 pilgrims come daily to see the blue-eyed baby, whose pink brick house has become a shrine. Green satin flags mark the way to the baby's modest family home in Kizlyar, a small town of lime-coloured mosques, cornfields and dirt roads whose dust bellows into the sky.

Dagestan's omnipresent armed police patrol the house while imams change photos of Yakubov's arms and legs covered in Arabic script from previous episodes to both jubilation and wails from the bustling crowd.

They say the fact Yakubov's 27-year-old father Shamil works in the police force - a regular target by militants - is proof of divine intervention. Sayid Amirov, Makhachkala's influential mayor who has survived around a dozen attacks on his life since the mid-1990s, interpreted the recent buzz around the baby as a warning.

"What happened here is indeed a miracle, but this should also be a message to not take religion too far," he told reporters.

Authorities say Islamist extremism is as responsible for the growing violence as widespread poverty, and experts add the insurgency is also recruiting foreign  militants who seek an Islamic state in the north Caucasus.

Holding up his right foot where a single Arabic letter remained from the latest episode, Yakubov's 26-year-old mother Madina said she had no doubt the verses - which first appeared two weeks after birth - were connected to extremism.

"Allah is great and he sent me my miracle child to keep our people safe," she told Reuters.

Miraculous Russian Boy

Qur'anic verses in Arabic have reportedly appeared on the body of a nine-month old boy named Ali from the Russian Republic of Dagestan. Surprisingly, one of the baby's legs shows the Quranic verse(13:16) which can be translated as: "Allah is the creator of everything."

Since his birth, birthmarks in the form of Arabic script have been appearing on Ali's body. First, there were individual letters but then Arabic texts began appearing, the Russian language Vesti news channel quoted his parents as saying on Thursday. "First, there was a hematoma on his chin. When the bruise went off, we saw the word "Allah" Ali's mother Madina Yakubova said. The TV channel reported that Ali was first diagnosed with "ischemic heart disease of the second degree" and "infantile cerebral paralysis" in the maternity clinic. However, after the inexplicable events began happening, he was examined again and found healthy. The incident has been drawing hundreds of Dagestani Muslims to Ali's home everyday, prompting local authorities to guard the house round-the-clock.

Another News Report about the Russian Baby

The Yakubov family which lives in the village of Krasnoktia prskaya in the region of Kizlar in Dagestan gave birth to a strange baby. On various parts of his body appeared religious sentences in Arabic language. The parents of Ali who is 9 months old  have now agreed to reveal these writings on his body. His mother said that these inscriptions have appeared since his birth and at the approach of the sacred month Ramadan, these Koranic verses appeared on the skin. The last verses that we filmed can be translated as Allah The nurse Rasulova said: " from a medical point of view, I cannot explain that " . The appearances of these Koranic verses remain a phenomenon which one can explain scientifically. All that we can say it is that they appear with an ascent of the temperature. Ali is the 2nd child of this family and we did not notice this phenomenon with his sister and until this day, the scientific authorities remain silent.

KIZLYAR, Russia, Oct 21 Reuters - A "miracle" baby has brought a kind of mystical hope to people in Russia's mostly Muslim southern fringe who are increasingly desperate in the face of Islamist violence.

From hunchbacked grandmas to schoolboys, hundreds of pilgrims lined up this week in blazing sunshine to get a glimpse of 9-month-old baby Ali Yakubov, on whose body they say verses from the Koran appear and fade every few days.

Pinkish in colour and several centimetres high, the Koranic verse "Be thankful or grateful to Allah" was printed on the infant's right leg in clearly legible Arabic script this week, religious leaders said. Visiting foreign journalists later saw a single letter after the rest had vanished.

Local leaders have told President Dmitry Medvedev they are struggling to contain an Islamist insurgency pervading all spheres of society in the north Caucasus -- a region named after the Caucasus mountains that divide Russia from strategically important Georgia and Azerbaijan, where oil and gas pipelines flow to the West.

Up to 2,000 pilgrims from Russia's 20 million Muslim population come daily to see the docile, blue-eyed baby, whose pink brick house has become a shrine.

Outside her home, pilgrims prayed and gave thanks to Allah. Supermarket attendant Madina Nikolayeva travelled from Ukraine to see the baby. Behind her, Akhmed Khadzhy had been waiting all day in the queue.

In the photo below, Quranic verse (2: 283) appears on the baby's leg and can be translated as: "Don't withhold testimony (bearing witness). Whoever withholds it, his hearts becomes tainted with sin".

In the photo below, a well-known Hadith (saying) of Prophet Mohammad [mentioned in Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 8, #493 & #627] appears on the baby's leg and can be translated as: "If you knew what I know, you would laugh at little and weep a lot."

Jihad with one’s wealth is compulsory for the rich.

? I am a Muslim woman and have a great deal of wealth, praise be to Allaah. Is it obligatory for me to pay some of the wealth to the oppressed Muslims whose enemies are trying to occupy their land and kill them, as in Chechnya, Palestine and other Muslim lands?. 


*Praise be to Allaah.  

The Muslims are obliged to help their oppressed brothers in all places. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“The believers are nothing else than brothers (in Islamic religion)”[al-Hujuraat 49:10]

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The Muslim is the brother of his fellow-Muslim; he does not wrong him or abandon.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 2442; Muslim, 2580.  Muslim added in another hadeeth (2546), “and he does not forsake him.”

Al-Haafiz said:  

“He does not abandon him” means he does not leave him with someone who could harm him, or in a situation where he could be harmed, rather he helps him and defends him… That may be obligatory or it may be recommended, depending on the situation. 

He said in al-Nihaayah: “Abandoning someone” refers to when he leaves him to his fate and does not protect him from his enemy.

From Tuhfat al-Ahwadhi.

Al-Nawawi said: 

“And he does not forsake him” – the scholars said: forsaking means failing to help and support. What this means is that when a person is asked for help to ward off an oppressor and the like, he must help him if that is possible and he has no legitimate shar’i excuse (for not doing so).

The jihad in Chechnya, Palestine and other occupied Muslim countries or countries that the enemy is trying to occupy and take over comes under the heading of jihad for the purpose of self-defence. We have already discussed the rulings on that in question no. 34830.

If a man is not able to help his Muslim brothers himself by joining them physically in jihad, then he must help them and strive in jihad with them by means of his wealth if he is rich. 

Similarly a woman is also obliged to engage in jihad by means of her wealth.

Jihad with one's wealth is mentioned alongside jihad with one’s self in the Book of Allaah. 

Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“March forth, whether you are light (being healthy, young and wealthy) or heavy (being ill, old and poor), and strive hard with your wealth and your lives in the Cause of Allaah. This is better for you, if you but knew”[al-Tawbah 9:41]

“Not equal are those of the believers who sit (at home), except those who are disabled (by injury or are blind or lame), and those who strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allaah with their wealth and their lives. Allaah has preferred in grades those who strive hard and fight with their wealth and their lives above those who sit (at home). Unto each, Allaah has promised good (Paradise), but Allaah has preferred those who strive hard and fight, above those who sit (at home) by a huge reward” [al-Nisa’ 4:95]

“Those who believed (in the Oneness of Allaah — Islamic Monotheism) and emigrated and strove hard and fought in Allaah’s Cause with their wealth and their lives, are far higher in degree with Allaah. They are the successful” [al-Tawbah 9:20]

“Only those are the believers who have believed in Allaah and His Messenger, and afterward doubt not but strive with their wealth and their lives for the Cause of Allaah. Those! They are the truthful”[al-Hujuraat 49:15]

Abu Dawood (2504) narrated from Anas that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Fight the mushriks by means of your wealth and your selves and your tongues.” Saheeh Abu Dawood, 2186.

Al-San’aani said in Subul al-Salaam, 4/87 

This hadeeth indicates that it is obligatory to fight in jihad with one's self, which means going out and confronting the kuffaar directly; with one's wealth, which means spending on what is required for jihad such as weapons etc; and with one's tongue, by establishing proof against them, calling them to Allaah, and by raising one’s voices when meeting the enemy and shouting at them and everything else that will cause harm to the enemies.

Al-Shawkaani said in Nayl al-Awtaar (8/29): 

This indicates that it is obligatory to engage in jihad against the enemy with one’s wealth, one’s hands and one’s tongue. The Qur’aanic command mentions jihad with one’s self and one’s wealth in several places, and the apparent meaning of the command is that it is obligatory.

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah said in al-Ikhtiyaaraat, p. 530: 

Whoever is unable to take part in jihad physically but is able to take part in jihad by means of his wealth, is obliged to take part in jihad by means of his wealth. So those who are well off must spend for the sake of Allaah.

Based on this: it is obligatory for women to take part in jihad by means of their wealth if they have excess wealth. The same applies to the wealth of minors if there is a need, just as it is also obligatory to pay zakaah on this wealth. But if the enemy attacks, there is no room for differences of opinion, because in that case it is obligatory according to scholarly consensus, to ward off their harm to religious commitment, lives and honour.

Spending for the sake of Allaah is one of the best kinds of charity, for which Allaah has promised a great reward. He says (interpretation of the meaning):

“The likeness of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allaah, is as the likeness of a grain (of corn); it grows seven ears, and each ear has a hundred grains. Allaah gives manifold increase to whom He wills. And Allaah is All-Sufficient for His creatures’ needs, All-Knower”[al-Baqarah 2:261]

Al-Sa’di (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: 

“The likeness of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allaah” means, in obedience to Him and seeking His pleasure, foremost among which is spending on jihad for His sake. “Is as the likeness of a grain (of corn); it grows seven ears, and each ear has a hundred grains” this gives a vivid image of the greatness of the multiple reward, as if a person can see that with his own eyes, so that with strong faith and this vivid image in his mind, a man will be able to spend in the hope of this great reward from Allaah. 

 “Allaah gives manifold increase” meaning, this multiplication of the reward, “to whom He wills”, meaning according to the situation of the giver and his sincerity and honesty, and according to the situation of what is given, whether it is halaal and beneficial and whether it is spent in an appropriate manner. “Allaah gives manifold increase” – more than that, “to whom He wills” – so He gives them reward without reckoning.

“And Allaah is All-Sufficient” giving abundantly, so the giver should not imagine that this increase is a kind of exaggeration, because no bounty is too great for Allaah to give, and giving does not decrease what He possesses of bounty.

And He is “All-Knower” and knows who deserves that increase and who does not, so He bestows the increase as appropriate because of His complete knowledge and wisdom.

We ask Allaah to help the Muslims against their enemies.
